4 ways to play FAMONDO as a family

One of FAMONDO's greatest strengths is its versatility. Whether you're 2 players on a weeknight or 10 for a family reunion, there's a mode that fits perfectly.

Competition Mode (2–6 players · 20–30 min)

The classic mode, ideal for game nights. Each player tries to build complete families across the 5 continents. The first to gather 3 complete families wins the game.

Strategy: Watch your opponents' requests to anticipate their families!

Teams Mode (4–8 players · 30–45 min)

Perfect for mixed groups. Teams work together to build families by trading cards. Communication (non-verbal!) is the key to success.

Tip: Come up with a secret code with your team before the game starts.

Cooperative Mode (2–5 players · 25–35 min)

Everyone together against the draw pile! The goal is to complete all 5 continent families before the pile runs out. Ideal for families with young children.

Difficulty: 3 levels — Discovery, Family, Expert.

Festival Mode (6–12 players · 45–60 min)

The special-events mode: gather around a big table, sing, act it out, guess. FAMONDO Festival turns the game into a full-blown activity for your family celebrations.
