2. Data collected

We collect the following data:

  • Contact form: name, email address, subject, message
  • Newsletter: email address, timestamped consent
  • Pre-orders: payment data processed by Stripe (we do not store card numbers), email address, name
  • Technical cookies: website operation and payment session

2.bis Data collected via the Mobile App (Facebook Login & WhatsApp)

Use of Facebook Login & WhatsApp

As part of the use of our mobile app, we support authentication via Facebook Login and account linking via WhatsApp.

  • Data collected via Facebook: When you log in, we request access to your public profile (first and last name) and email address to create your player account.
  • Data collected via WhatsApp: To link your game account, we use your personal or business phone number.

Deletion of user data (Facebook Data Deletion)

In accordance with Meta's rules, you may request the deletion of your game account data associated with Facebook at any time. To do so:

  1. Go to your Facebook account settings, in the "Apps and Websites" section.
  2. Find the Famondo app and click "Remove".
  3. For permanent deletion of all your data from our databases (including game history), you can also send a direct request by email to contact@famondo.com. We will process the request within 48 hours.

3. Purposes of processing

  • Processing pre-orders and order management
  • Responding to contact requests
  • Sending newsletters (with explicit consent)

4. Legal basis

  • Performance of a contract: processing of pre-orders
  • Explicit consent: newsletter
  • Legitimate interest: responding to contact requests

5. Retention period

  • Order data: 10 years (accounting obligations)
  • Newsletter: until unsubscription + 3 years
  • Contact: 3 years after the last exchange

6. Data recipients

Your data may be shared with:

  • Stripe (USA) — payment processing (Privacy Shield / standard contractual clauses)
  • Brevo (Sendinblue) (EU) — sending transactional emails and newsletters
  • Supabase (EU) — secure database

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data (HTTPS encryption, restricted access, ISO 27001-certified hosting).
