Pre-order questions
Payment, shipping, timings and the right to cancel — everything worth knowing before you order.
When am I charged, and when is the game delivered?
Payment is taken immediately, as a reservation. The game ships when it is released — currently estimated November 2026 — and then travels by Colissimo within 3 to 5 working days in mainland France.
Can the game arrive in time for Christmas?
Yes, if you order before December 15, 2026. That date leaves the margin needed between dispatch and the December peak: it is a recommendation meant to secure delivery, not a guaranteed delivery date.
Does the game arrive ready to give?
The game ships in its rigid box, exactly as it will be sold — all you have to do is wrap it. We do not yet offer gift wrapping or a message card, and no paper invoice is slipped into the parcel: your order summary is sent by email.
What are the shipping costs, and where do you ship?
The first edition ships to mainland France only: €4.90 for one or two copies, €7.90 for three to nine. Shipping is added at checkout.
Can I order several copies at once?
Yes, up to nine copies per order. Shipping moves to €7.90 from the third copy on — the simplest way to give the game to several families in the same year.
How do I cancel a pre-order?
Email us at contact@famondo.com with your order number: we handle each request case by case for as long as the parcel has not shipped. Once you have received the game you have, in every case, a 14-day right of withdrawal (article L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code); return shipping is at your expense.
